A Baldwin man is facing charges for falsely claiming to be a law enforcement agent during an argument at an Oceanside polling station.
Officers say they responded to the scene at Oaks Elementary School on Tuesday afternoon.
Police say Mark Sebesta, a polling worker, was arguing with a 25-year-old man.
News 12 has been told the 54-year-old became aggressive before he was arrested and taken to the hospital.
        No one else was hurt.
Sebesta is facing menacing and harassment charges.
Sebesta believes he was a victim and plans on suing police.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges he is facing.
