A baby deer is safe after getting stuck in a storm drain in Dutchess County.
Crews responded Saturday to Beacon near Ferry and Beekman streets after the animal was discovered trapped.
Responders were able to safely rescue the deer from the drain.
Officials say the fawn was then reunited with its mother nearby.
