A popular brewing company in Orange County was badly damaged in a fire on Monday.
A barn at Orange County Brewing Company on Maloney Lane in the Village of Florida was badly damaged.
Its sister company, Orange County Distillery, released a statement on Facebook saying they don’t know if the brewery will reopen and thanked customers for their support.
"As many of you may have heard, the brewery of our sister location, Orange County Brewing Company, burned down last night. No one was hurt, and no other structures were damaged. We have not made a determination of concerning the future of the brewery. All operations at our distillery location in our Brown Barn Farms location will continue as usual. We [thank] everyone who has reached out to us and hope to see you in the near future."
News 12 has calls out to the company and fire officials for more information.
