An agreement was recently reached to the sell the home of Kimberly Sullivan, the Waterbury women accused of holding her stepson captive for years.
The agreement was made with JD Homes LLC for a proposed sale of the home at 2 Blake St. for $110,000. It's not clear whether the deal has been finalized. A probate hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
In February 2025, Sullivan's stepson, known as "S,” set the home on fire to escape.
Sullivan faces kidnapping and cruelty charges.
