Suffolk police were on scene at a North Lindenhurst apartment building Tuesday where they say an “act of violence” occurred.
Police say they received a call around 6 p.m., which prompted the response on North Putman Avenue.
They say a man was transported to a hospital.
Video from the scene reviewed by News 12 appeared to show police officers carrying a man from inside an apartment and placing him on a stretcher.
