1h agoAccused Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann will face one single trial for all seven of his alleged victims.
Heuermann’s defense team had petitioned for five separate trials - one for each victim. However, a judge ruled in favor of the prosecutors.
The judge also determined for a second time that nuclear DNA evidence will be admissible at trial.
Heumann is due back in court in January.
