2h agoMembers of Bridgeport's Central High School basketball team paused a game Sunday to honor a small group of former basketball players who brought the school "a spectacular level of glory" exactly 50 years earlier.
Members of the 1975 Central High School basketball team won that year's state championship by scoring as the buzzer sounded.
News 12's Frank Recchia met with the players, each of whom says the achievement marked one of the highest points of their lives.
