Police say three people are facing charges for an alleged gang assault at the Dutchess County Fair.

They say three men got into a fight with a 29-year-old man waiting to board a ride.

The victim suffered serious injuries to his face and eye.

Police say Ryan Depew, Lloyd Depew and Dennis Appollonia were arrested.
