Police say a 29-year-old woman is dead after being pulled from the water late Saturday afternoon at Bush Terminal Piers Park in Sunset Park.

Detectives say a 911 call came around 5:50 p.m. for a water rescue at the park between 43rd Street and 1st Avenue.

NYPD harbor and scuba units removed a 29-year-old woman from the water and attempted life-saving measures.

She was taken to NYU Langone Hospital in critical condition where she later died.

It was not immediately clear how the woman ended up in the water.

Sources don't suspect criminality in the incident as of Saturday evening.
