A 20-year-old man was injured in a targeted shooting in Coram Sunday evening, Suffolk County police say.
The incident occurred on Sunday, Aug. 24 around 8:15 p.m. Police say the victim was standing outside on Margaret Drive in Coram when he was shot.
The victim was transported to the hospital, where he is being treated for serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Suffolk County police are urging anyone with information related to the incident to come forward.
