Police are investigating a double homicide after two women were found stabbed to death inside a Park Slope apartment building on Saturday.

Officers responded around 8 p.m. to a 911 call for an assaulted woman inside 386 2nd Street.

When police arrived, they say they found a 59‑year‑old woman unconscious and unresponsive with multiple stab wounds on their body. She was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.

During a search of the residence, officers then discovered a 23‑year‑old woman, also unconscious and unresponsive, with stab wounds to her body.

She was also pronounced dead at the scene.

There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
