        Two people are recovering after their car veered off the Palisades Parkway and down a small cliff yesterday morning.
        Thiells fire officials responded to the scene where icy conditions made it impossible for the car's occupants to climb back up the embankment.
        Medics utilized a fire hose as a makeshift rescue line, successfully pulling both individuals up approximately 100 feet to safety.
