A 19-year-old Stratford man has been accused of sexually assaulting a minor.
Connecticut’s Department of Children and Families notified Norwalk police on July 22, 2025, of a reported sexual assault involving a juvenile.
Police said the investigation found that Mikel Matias Reyes, who was 18 at the time, contacted the minor on social media and solicited nude photographs and videos.
They say Reyes was then enticed to engage in sexual activity in exchange for money.
Reyes is facing charges of sexual assault, commercial sex abuse of a minor and risk of injury to a minor.
