A 17-year-old boy was shot early Friday morning in Crotona Park East.

Police say the teen walked into SBH Health System with a gunshot wound to the leg. He is expected to be OK.

The incident happened on Boston Road and E. 174th St. just after 2:30 a.m.

There is no word on the shooter or what happened before the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
