A 16-year-old has been charged in the death of a teenager in Kingsbridge Heights, police say.
The teen was arrested Tuesday and charged with murder, attempted murder, manslaughter and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
Riley Billingslea was killed Aug. 12 inside an apartment building on Claflin Avenue between W. 197th Street and Reservoir Avenue. The 15-year-old was shot in the head.
A 13-year-old boy was also hurt after being grazed by a bullet in the torso.
