        16 men settle civil suits over alleged abuse by Westchester school employee

        The victims claim James Collins, 68, of Bedford, abused them in the 1970s and 1980s.

        Sixteen men have settled their sexual abuse civil lawsuits against a man who used to worked at a Westchester school and for a local village.
        The victims claim James Collins, 68, of Bedford, abused them in the 1970s and 1980s.
        Collins is a former employee of the Boys and Girls Club of Northern Westchester in the Village of Mount Kisco and the Chappaqua School District.
        Collins also faces federal charges, including sexual exploitation of a minor and attempted enticement.
