One person is facing charges in connection with a car fire in Rockland County.
The Town of Ramapo Police Department says it happened around 7:30 p.m. Sunday on College Road.
When crews arrived on the scene, they found an unoccupied car completely covered in flames.
The driver remained on the scene but was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content nearly 2.5 times the legal limit.
The driver's brother tried knocking someone's phone from their hand who was recording the scene.
