The One Tough Cookie foundation held its "Bright Lips, Bold Earrings" charity event Thursday to support cancer patients.
Founded by Stamford resident Marie Camacho, a stage 2 invasive breast cancer survivor, the organization aims to uplift women affected by cancer.
The event raised funds to provide earrings and lipsticks to women who lost their hair due to cancer treatment.
Attendees enjoyed lively music and a Mardi Gras-themed night.
According to organizers, the goal is to uplift cancer patients with small gestures of beauty and kindness.
