News 12's reporters say rain, snow, and a wintry mix are making driving conditions dangerous today.

Gov. Phil Murphy declared a State of Emergency in Hunterdon, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and Warren counties ahead of the incoming winter storm.

Schools in Sussex County, like Newton, are closed today for the snow.
