A suspected drunk driver was arrested in Mount Kisco after police pulled him over on Lieto Drive last weekend.
Westchester police reported the driver had a strong smell of alcohol on his breath and an open beer can inside the vehicle.
The driver failed a sobriety test and was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).
Ironically, police stated the driver was picking up a friend who had been drinking and didn't want to drive.
