Brookdale professor Chad Schoonveld will be taking part in the Culinary Olympics in 2028.
The competition will take place in Stuttgart, Germany.
Schoonveld currently works in the college’s culinary arts program. He has traveled and trained as a chef all over the world.
He will now extend his talents and be the captain for Team USA.
