The weather for the next few days will be gray and cloudy with moments of on-and-off rain.
Hurricane Helene is currently a Category 3 storm and is intensifying as it approaches the coast of the Florida panhandle. Eventually, Helene looks to be absorbed into a low-pressure system that will allow some of the tropical moisture to funnel up to New Jersey, which could lead to some showers and clouds and breezy/windy conditions over the weekend.
It is not currently a “Storm Watch” situation, but we will continue to monitor the conditions. There is uncertainty within the forecast for rain beyond Monday-- but there are chances of these gray and damp days continuing.
