Former workers of Indian Spice, a Park Slope restaurant, rallied Tuesday morning – demanding payment of $3 million in lost wages the state Department of Labor ruled they are owed.

The restaurant, located along 7th Avenue, is still open for business despite a September ruling that says the owner, Miriam Khandakar, failed to properly pay employees over the course of several years.
