The United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York says a Bronx man was sentenced for sex trafficking a 15-year-old girl who ran away from home.
Hadrian Crichlow, 45, will serve 210 months behind bars and is ordered to pay the teen $12,000 in restitution.
Prosecutors say Chrichlow Hadrian Crichlow trafficked the teen throughout New York City, including in the Bronx, Brooklyn and beyond state lines, beginning in September 2023.
Chrichlow took photographs of the teen and posted online ads before he forced her to meet customers at hotels and engage in commercial sex acts. Court documents say he controlled the teen through isolation, drugs, dependency and sexual violence.
"Crichlow treated a child as a commodity, taking advantage of a vulnerable 15-year-old and selling her body for his own profit," said U.S. Attorney Joseph Nocella, Jr.
The teen escaped Chrichlow's control in October 2023.
Chrichlow pleaded guilty to sex trafficking a minor in December 2025.
"Today’s outcome should send a clear message that such exploitation will be met with serious consequences, and it is my hope that it brings a measure of justice to the victim who endured these abuses," said Nocella.
