City of Poughkeepsie police say detectives spotted 55-year-old Andre Hendrix near Marshall Street around 7:30 p.m.
Named in a search warrant tied to drug sales on Pershing Avenue, Hendrix allegedly fled on an electric bike and then ditched it to run.
