The Brooklyn Public Library- Macon Branch hosted it’s annual “Masquerade on Macon” event in Bed-Stuy Friday – dazzling audiences with live performances from the works from Edgar Allan Poe.
The event serves as a fundraiser for the library and has been a yearly tradition since 2018.
According to the Friends of the Macon Library, the Masquerade celebrates “the power of literacy and the importance of the library.”
